Choose your room type. All four apartments are modern and functional, with their own kitchenette and bathroom – as a holiday apartment, contractor accommodation or temporary home, ideal for short and longer stays in Baden-Baden.
Visitor's tax of the City of Baden-Baden
The City of Baden-Baden levies a visitor's tax per person and night. At our house it is already included in the room rate – nothing is due on site. For the correct remittance to the city we only ask for the purpose of your stay.
The visitor's tax applies to private and tourist stays, for example holidays, weekend visits or attending an event. Since 01.01.2026 it amounts to 4.50 euros or 2.00 euros per person and night depending on the zone – there is no surcharge for you, at our house it is already included in the room rate. Under the city bylaw, exemptions include children and young people up to the age of 18 and persons who cannot visit spa facilities or events for health reasons (with a medical certificate). Please bring any required proof on arrival.
If you are staying in Baden-Baden for professional reasons, you may be exempt from the visitor's tax, for example if you work or train locally or attend a conference, course or training session. Important: the exemption does not apply automatically. It must be proven at registration with a written certificate, for example from your employer or the event organiser. Please bring it with you on arrival.
